Searches the directory of 13F-filing institutions by name, CIK or quarter and returns their filing history rather than positions.

Query parameters

name

string

Substring search of institution names; returns directory records.

cik

string

Returns that institution's filing history - one record per quarter.

period

string

Quarter-end date (YYYY-MM-DD); returns every institution that filed for that quarter.

period_list

boolean

true enumerates the available quarters with filing counts.

limit

number

Maximum results to return. Default 50, max 1000.

offset

number

Number of results to skip for pagination.
